Default Anyone Dyno with missing link

I dynoed my car and it threw a check engine light for the map sensor at about 5,500rpm. After this happend i had the dyno tunner install 1 check valve at first and then 2 more. It got rid of the check engine light but hp and tq suffered greatly like 120-130hp. Some people on honda-tech suggest using a missing link. Anyone dyno with a missing link? What kinda numbers you pull? Did it work good? Iam also using a v-afc hack.
