does anyone know the max hp on these clutch? thanks

I made around 475 or so on this clutch. With those kind of power levels, you really want to save up the money and purchase a twin disk. The clutch will not last that long and the singles have trouble disengaging at high rpms. Chris from competition clutch recommends the strip clutches for up to 450 whp.

Well I don't know how much power my car is making right now, because I havn't had enough time to get to a dyno. I do know that I had a Competition Kryptonite HP that only lasted 553.12 miles and it is history now. I had to turn my car completely off last night to put it in reverse, and then turn it off again to put it in first gear. I finally just said **** on it, pulled it back in my shop and drove my Nissan truck home.

Yeah that sucks that armrslr's clutch went out so soon. You have to be making what at least 400whp and the kryptonite hp is good up to 300 whp. I would not have thought it would go out that easy because i have 2 year old clutchmasters stage 1 in my car that has been through n/a, nitrous and now turbo making 280whp. Its supposedly only good for bolt ons or a 50 shot. From what i hear you should really get a twin disc on 400+whp cars.

Yes, from the looks of your sig you will want to use their twin disc. I plan on switching to it the winter before next season. There are quite a few high whp members here using the CC twin and are happy with them.

as of now i got a brand new competition strip series clutch. got it for a trade of my RC440.

i'll let everyone know how well these hold up.

Thats of scenario of making WAY more horsepower than what that clutch is capable of handling.

Over power any clutch by the amount that you did and it will break pretty quickly.
