Bahaha...damn the things people will do to make money. Kinda sad how willing they are to take advantage of less informed people.
Its definately a gimmic. Even if it did create some positive pressure, which it cant, if youre adding more air to the engine you will need more fuel.

i think thats a bilge blower for a boat, you can buy em at boat shops for about 30-50 dollars. Some people are idiots.
