anybody using Greddy manual boost controller?

anybody using Greddy manual boost controller?
i got a couple of question:
1. do you turn up the boost by turning the **** clockwise or counterclockwise?
2. if you turn it 1 turn to increase boost, would 1 turn increase boost already or have an effect already?
3. on the greddy mbc, you don't have to pull the **** up to adjust boost unlike other pressure regulator, right?
