any tips on getting o-ring wire from block?
well im trying to get the damned wire out of the o-rings in the block buts its in there good...its steel wire so it doesnt want to move much, its pretty tight in there.
theres a TINY gap where the two ends of the wire meet but i tried to get an end started out with a small pick but i just couldnt get it going, and im afraid if i put in too much force im going to end up messing up the deck or the groove for the ring.
the block has never even had a head on it and torqued down yet but these are still being a bitch......anyone have any tips to get these things out smoothly?

The ring protrudes above the block a little right? Use a very sharp chisle and at an angle to the wire and the blade surface parallel to the top of the block. Tap lightly and allow the blade to dig into the wire and hopefully have it pop out. The other way is to heat up the wire.
