I know that this is available but I think that the welds would eventially break (as my welder tells me). Has anyone have a custom manifold made for the 18g turbo yet? If not I'ma try a custom log manifold if no other is available.

any manifold with a t-28/t-25 flange will fit, they make manifolds with the external wastegates for that flange, check around, it shouldnt be that hard.

i know some really good sites that come with lifetime warranty on cracks and mine has yet to crack and i ahve a 16g turbo from an ev8.

If I can't find one I might just purchase a 1bar greddy actuator. All greddy internal actuators are universal right? thinking about ordering it from here, before I order it I wanna make sure it'll fit my 18g. Can anyone comfirm this?

Check the sponsor classifieds. All they really need to do is slap a t2/t25/t28 flange on any of their manifolds and that's it. I don't know if T3 actuators are interchangeable with the Greddy turbos, but if they are I have a brand new 12psi actuator for sale.

You can always run an adapter plate and run a pipe between the two flanges, and run a wastegate off the pipe that adapts the manifold to the turbo. I tuned a car that had this setup. It worked pretty well.
