Default Any issues with ls/vtec turbo?

I am hoping for about 400 hp this summer. I will be building the motor all the way except for sleeves unless I find a good deal. the 400 hp goeal will be only at the track and on race gas. Daily only about 300

my daily driver... 110degree plus IATs at time of dyno, and a lifting head... Actual numbers are a bit higher

not built right would be the only problems you might come into

yeah...mine blew up.... but that was the fault of the tuner....wait that was me...

now i have someone else tune my stuff, he is pro... i suggest for long life of any, and all motors, that you find yourself a good tuner and have him there as soon as it cranks over to start tuning it...

How can I do that being up here in alaska. WE have 1 dyno in the whole state and he wont even let anybody use it but him. I will do the best I can without a dyno. I will be getting a wideband and other things that will help. I will be doing research for a long time to make it perfect. If the motor last all summer I will be happy.

My ls/vtec turbo doesnt really like running in cold weather, and thats like 30deg at night, I cant imagine how it would be in alaska. I dont know if its just my car or what but it takes like 10 minutes of driving to warm up completely... Mines been my DD for 2 years now with only a few small problems, stock sleeves- 8.5:1 eagle rods- SRP pistons, 320whp @ 12psi
