so im stuck with the 6 range until i can order one online.
What gap should I be at on the NGK zfr6f-11 on a GSR turbo? stock internals.

I think summit racing sells most all ngk plugs. They can also one-day air or two-day air it.

The gap isn't necessarily related to the heat range of the plug. Factors that dictate gap size are coil energy, lead type (wires), plug type (not heat), and cylinder pressures.

For stock internals with a stock distributor (assuming less than 11 psi) 0.30~0.32 should work fine.

I've had the same problem. I can't find 7's anywhere around here. I've been runnung 6's at .35 for awhile now and they're fine. BTW, I'm only running 5 psi.
