Wouldn't it make sense, let alone be a little more professional to ... call me crazy here ... have the group buy at a completely different time frame than someone else? That way everyone gets the chance for a group buy, more time to work with meaning more customers, and it doesnt look like you're trying to cut throats? just my two cents

This will hurt us all if 2 people are running the group buy at once. Say 8 people go with sgT's GB, and 7 people go with Prospeeds GB. Thats a total of 15 total that could have all gone with just one which would have make it cheeper for us all.

LOL that would be an awesome price!! The best i could do is $980 of i get 20 buy ins. Right now it looks pretty positive. There is a large demand right now. Who knows we might get there!

seeing as sgt is in the east and prospeed is in the west maybe some people could see that as a benifit,who knows, it does seem like many are very intirested so lets keep the hating to a minimum please. the retailers are hooking us up,so stop whning. i just dont want to see a retailer get a bad taste in their mouth and not be so nice in the future. ya follow me?

I think this needs to stop. Sell them at Retail.

whoring out products puts companies that are small, out of business. Its bad business.

Please stop posting rediculous low prices, I sell Hondata too. From now on, if I see people coming on here and selling at rediculous low prices, I will advertise the product at cost, and nobody will make money.

I think that will stop it, real fast.

I know you, and your a nice guy, but this is not a good business practice, the retailers need to make money....and your taking that away from them.

Hondata is now big enough to where it won't hurt their business if they refuse service to dealers that don't sell at retail. I wouldn't be surprised if they start excercising this choice if dealers are just continually lowering prices...

I see Jeff's point of view, but I also feel that competition improves the breed. Hondata should have an MSRP and a MAP (minimum advertised price). The MAP should be used for group buys, etc... Undercutting the competition is not good business, its lazy business - I should know, I have to deal with it at work everyday. If all I had to sell was a price, I'd move 4 times the volume I do. Groupbuys are all fine and dandy, but they sure don't make it easy to make a living. I'm all for helping out the honda community but in the long run, this kind of stuff doesn't help anyone, trust me. Just my $.02, sorry if ya don't agree. EV.
