what are you doing for an exhaust system? other than that it looks like you have a nice, complete list going there.
i can get you the timing belt and the water pump direct from honda

Re: Am i forgetting ANYTHING???? (wantboost)
exhaust is a rsr exmag with an e-cutout. want the rsr cause its quiet and kindof low key. it is going to be a daily driver in the summer and i have a 5 year old daughter so quiet is for her. the e-cutout is for ME!!!
timing belt- i am looking for an aftermarket one like greddy or somethihng that will last a while
pm me a price for a waterpump
also looking for a oil pan gasket, and exhaust manifold gasket

You need RC 440's, not 310's.

Re: Am i forgetting ANYTHING???? (93b18civic)
You need to upgrade your stock fuel pump too.
With those 310cc injectors and doing 200whp the duty cycle will be around 80% so you should be fine.
Get 1 or 2 step colder spark plugs and gap them down to anywhere of .30 to .25
And try to get a tranny w/ lsd. Torque steer is a bitch and you will have to let off the gas during hard accerleration to prevent going off the road=bad 1/4 times & lose races.
If more comes to my mind I let you know. It's late and my brain is tired.

Get a D16Y8 intake manifold and a b-series throttle body.
Port match them both. Easy to obtain, inexpensive and will help you with airflow....wich means more hp/tq.

Re: (Dturbocivic)
I'd say sell that blockguard. You don't really need it, I've heard bad stories and good stories about em. If you're only gonna push 200, it'll be fine as it is. Even OEM headgasket is fine also. Talk with my buddy "shoebox" on here. He's got the Apexi kit on his z6, all it is is the kit, and misc. tuneup parts (new waterpump, gaskets, timing belt, etc), and Hondata, runs lika champ. His is running at 212hp. As long as you got a good tune, no worries, the z6 can handle it no prob. Maybe move up to some RC440's and a Walboro fuel pump is what's left. Oh, and a water temp guage is always nice to have also. Good luck on the project, it'll be fun, SOHC boost is the ****! Watch out for me next year...muHhahHAhaHAhaaa...

i was told by many people that 440's are overkill for this setup. i am not boosting this motor anymore than this. if/when i build my other z6 440's will be too small so ithey wouldnt do me any good then anyways. plus i got a super deal on the 310's<TABLE WIDTH="90%" CELLSPACING=0 CELLPADDING=0 ALIGN=CENTER><TR><TD>Quote, originally posted by H-T »</TD></TR><TR><TD CLASS="quote">This is the most important thing you should do right now before you boost it.

blockguard if installed correctly is going to keep the cylinders still and prevent any headlift, cyl, or rod damage

Ya, me and Meng = same page.
-RC 440's (OR DSM 450's)
-OEM HG w/copper spray (my personal opinion, running it on my setup)
-NGK BKR7E or BKR6E spark plugs (the 7E's usually have to be ordered, 6E's are ALWAYS in stock). I run the 6E, and most recently (now) the 7E. For our setups, same ****.
-NO NO NO blockguard (worthless for a stock motor)
-DON'T replace the HG until it blows, IMO. Perfectly good waste of a HG and OEM headbolts. Some SOHC guys NEVER have problems with HG's, others a few months, weeks, days or even HOURS! It's a timing issue, just keep the timing maps conservative. That's the general consensus.
