Try hitting up Dustin Motorworks he can do all your welding needs/turbo install/wideband tuning and most importantly he specializes in JRSC install/tuning

Aluminum needs to be TIGed (Tungsten Inert Gas) Welded, and stainless should be TIGed. It is a welding technique that uses argon or an argon/helium mixture as a cover gas for welding aluminum, and strikes the arc thru a non consumable electrode (2% Thoriated tungsten). The arc is struck without touching the tungsten to the work with a high frequency, high voltage generator built into the welder. Filler rod is added as needed. The aluminum and the rod must be scrupiliously clean. We wipe them down with acetone before welding.
I'm partial to the Lincoln Squarewave 325 as the best bang for the buck, it will cost you about 2000 to 2500 skins by the time you get everything needed. Also welding aluminum is an art, if you do not do it regularly, you will not do it well. You do not weld aluminum with stick electrode "buzz-boxes."
Hope this helps.....Any competent "TIG equipped welding shop" will be able to do it for you.
