Default for all boost heads

i have never thought about using FI on my cars before, but i am hungry for some serious power.i just bought an ep3 a couple of weeks ago and am pondering about puttin on a sc. i was wondering what internals would i have to do to make this happen safely. the sc i want to put on is the JR race system. i have JR is solid and reliable for daily use. i just need to know, can i stay stock or what? please help me out.
