Default Boost!

I was just wondering how much boost i could run without destroying my D16y5. it is stock and I don’t really want to have any problems with having to do internal mods down the road. so if any one wants to comment that would be great.

damn...well

first off...forced induction forum will help you better than this forum.
none the less..to vaguely answer your vague questions...apprarently a good rule of thumb is about 8psi on that engine on the daily drive...i pulled that answer out of my *** though....you need to be more specific in your approach..a car is a very complex machine eaning the variables and possibilities vary greatly from car to car and driver to driver...
