AIR mani VS JG mani DYNO RESULTS
We finally had time tonight to test these two mani's back to back. with the JG having the honors of going first. the test was done with a B18C1 9.1cp,84mm,
60-1 turbo,JG turbo mani, stock head just upgraded valve train.
both manifolds were tested @16psi with 93 octane and tuned with Hondata. We were trying to stay close to 12.0 A/F considering this thing was makin alotta power for 93 octane.
(not stock motor)
the temp inside garage was about 68 degrees. IAT on the AIR was AVG. 76-78
AVG. on JG was 99-115. the IAT on the AIR did not change much through out the whole session. this thing stays KOOL!!!!! after many runs the mani still was koo to the touch. Well enjoy the pics. Minh

just curious whats with the -6 to the tb? nice gains. what is the reatil on the manifold? I think the IAT's would be alot less if a venturi plate was used. they do work well. not as low as AIR manifold but def lower then that. still though. the AIR manifold is clearly better. good post

There are spots on the graph where there is up to 40whp diff. Powerband and is alott more broad. Dont get me wrong the JG mani that was on the car served its perpose and made good power. It made 524 before at 25psi on 114octane. bottom line is for the money the JG is also a good mani. (just not as good)
But IMHO the AIR was WORTH every bit of its price tag. Plus look how good it looks! (Despite our DIRTY engine bay). The -6 line off the mani is for the IAC which is external. it mounts up to a plate that they supply you and u gotta run yur own line, it WAsnt bad at all .
