ok my air fuel gauge doesn't seem to be working, sometimes when i start the car it goes from rich to lean slowly and at 1 bar at a time. then when driving it doesn't even light up or do anything rarely it just lights up lean then cuts off

i am think my o2 is bad but i don't have any check engine lights

 

Is it just a narrowband?

 

its a autometer sport compact ultra lite series/ silver

just one wire to tap into o2 wire

 

I had the same problem with my auto meter gauge. it turns out that the O2 sensor was bad and i had no check engine light. after replacing the O2 sensor the gauge worked just fine. Note: before you go out and buy a new O2 sensor which is very expensive have someone check the voltage output of the o2 sensor. just letting you know what i have experienced. good luck
