Default Air/Fuel Meter...much more accurate???

Hey I've been reading up on A/F meters and heard that the autometer A/f guage is innacurate with only 10 leds.

I came across this new meter and it looks pretty interesting. http://www.nitrouskits.com/search_re...btnSearch.y=12

The link above is where I found it. Looks like it would be great for tuning, to get the right amounts of fuel.

Well what do you think?? Its more expensive but alot more accurate.

The stock O2 sensor is not accurate because it does not compensate for exhaust temperature. The inaccuracy of the system does not lie in the gauge.

so your saying a A/f guage is useless with the stock O2 sensor?

Will using a high quality EGT guage be better? I need to monitor my turbo system and only have a boost guage at the moment.

you need to get an air/fuel meter and a wide band o2 sensor... but if your turbo.. just get an EGT, seems more of an indicator of running rich or lean...

Might as well be 40 or even 80 leds if it is hooked to the stock O2 sensor.

Get an EGT, much more accurate. Around here, we can A/F gauges, "Fast and Furious" - looks cool, but doesn't do that much.

Why not just ONE led? "A/F GAUGE ON"

yes... you can. If you have the money to spend.. or just get an EGT.
