Well, mine was a deposit, made a few months ago, and they charged my $1000, and I haven't been able to reach them for nearly a month. I called my bank, they said I had only 60 days to contest. I have to go home tonight and find the statement, then call in and contest it, but I am most likely out $1000

My concern is I bought my Revhard turbo kit from them back when they were running the group buy - about the same time all you guys were giving them props. Then it seems after I received my kit After Hourz went downhill and everyone started saying they weren't so great. Unfortunetaly Revhard said my kit was defective and wanted it back. They paid for shipping for the whole kit. Now they said they shipped my new kit to AFTER HOURZ RACING instead of me directly? But I cant even get a hold of After Hourz to confirm this. I doubt After Hourz will ship it to me if they arent even answering their phones.

Ryan from Revhard said they shipped it out Friday (8/1) and CONFIRMED DELIVERY today (8/5) yet they cant get a hold of After Hourz either!! They shipped to After Hourz and not me bc they didnt have my address? Uhh yet THEY scheduled the UPS pickup at my house and I've given Ryan my number many times, plus wrote my address and number on the invoice with the returned kit!(*&$)( Revhard never tried to call me! I am very angry that Revhard did NOT send the kit back to me instread causing me all this grief.

Im not exactly feeling too comfortable with this company that I spent $3100 with them and I dont have anything in my hands.

I FEEL REVHARD SHOULD BE RESPONSIBLE SINCE THEY HAD MY KIT. THEY SENT MY NEW KIT TO A COMPANY WHO IS SHADY OR GOING OUT OF BUSSINESS. IT IS NOT MY FAULT AFTER HOURZ DID NOT FORWARD IT ON TO ME. MY TURBO KIT IS REVHARDS RESONSIBILITY NOT ANYONE ELSES.

I was told if I did not receive my kit to take it up with my credit card company to refuse payment. Um wrong answer. The kit was ordered back in May, the CC has been paid off in full. And once again its not my responsibility! I never authorized my kit to be shipped to anyone other than me. Why am I responsible?

wow, now that sucks. Have revhard do a call tag again see if they can get it back. Or else, I'll get their addy and fly down there to resolve it.

everyones best bet is going to be to file with their CC companies for the quickest action to be taken in order to get a refund if you've been charged- like i said, i dont work for the guys so thats all i can think of that you should do if you've already been charged.

I have filed a dispute with my CC company. I have filed a report with the Springfield, NJ police department. I have filed a compaint with the NJ Better Bussiness Bureau.

If anyone wishes to file complaints about After Hourz, please contact me on how.

I am still upset that Revhard sent my kit to After Hourz. I still hold them responsible!

So they took everyones money and ran . Probably payed off the rest of the employees for their services and ran off with the dough. Damn thats the brakes right there. Thats why I dont really do the website thing I always go to the shop and just buy it upfront sometimes its not worth it they can be there today and gone tommorrow. any real business thats about to go out of business would atleast have the decency to locate customers and confirm a complete refund.

ask revhard for a tracking number on that kit. that sounds way too shady. they wanted the ENTIRE kit back ? why notjust the defective part? they were probably lying to you to get the kit back, that just sounds way too shady. how was it CONFIRMED on the 5th without a tracking number?

I am dsputing the charge. However Revhard could not tell me even which part was defective, they just wanted the whole kit back, even the turbo which shipped from Precision not Revhard. Ugh.

Dont you think Revhard was responsible for my kit since they requested it back and had possession of it? They shipped my $3k kit to a 3rd party without my permission and now its missing. Then Revhard tells me "oh well take it up with your CC company"? Thats BS. I hold them responsible@! I want to sue them - believe me Im looking into it.

check your info before you go jumping on the hate bandwagon- they arent even listed sellers on groupbuy any more and have not had a group buy for the turbo kits going on in weeks.

Thats because they already made 10k + on just ripping off honda-tech members. Those are just people from honda-tech imagine how many other people they screwed. There are 3-4 members on honda-tech that have paid for thier turbo kits and recieved nothing

man you have NO idea what you are talking about? $10k plus? what the hell is that? you have no CLUE how much money they made selling kits when they were in business, they did a damn good job helping people get their turbos and **** and had awesome feedback on groupbuy while they WERE selling kits, everyone was satisfied, so where do you come off? they closed this past month, some people have tried to place orders before the site was taken down, the orders werent filled, and they need to file with their CC companies if they were charged so they can get their money back. they havent screwed tons of people, and if you arent involved dont get involved because its pointless to try and add to something you dont have any information on

You mis understood my post There are atleast 3-4 people on honda-tech alone that have been charged for a turbo kit and have nothing but a bill !!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!! thats where i got the 10k they've made off members from honda-tech. Then i mention who knows how many other poeple got ripped off(shakes head what do you not understand) I was in no way talking abotu thier total revenue . You say just file it with your CC company, so you agree and acknowledge that they ripped poeple off for thier hard earned $.

Oh an btw before I pieced together my kit i almost decided to just order a turbo kit from them, but i changed my mind at the last second. So you know maybe i didnt get ripped off, but i am concerned and feel sorry for the poeple that did because it could have been me . You my friend have no clue what you are talking about

edit: I just noticed you are from NY, that explains your arrogance .

Oh and for your second point, i at one point always referred people to afterhourz. They had some of the best prices around. Everytime someone posted in Best Buy forum about"cheapest Revhard kit" I always posted a link to thier website. So yes i know they helped people out and sold a tons of parts while they were in businesses, but this doesn't justify them to rip off a bunch of poeple

You are just as bad as them for even backing them up, but with what justification. That they once had good customer service, gimme a f@*king break

with what justification? ive been working with them since december for parts for my car and i got to know the guys that ran the shop very well - i dont know what im talking about? please, if anyone knows those guys its me- and they didnt run with anyones money either, if anyone payed online by creditcard and did not receive product, afterhourz certainly didnt get the cash because theyre credit accounts were closed with they're doors and they were not accepting payments. if the site auto charged a card during online checkout, customers were informed to get a chargeback from their cc companies because what they paid was unclaimed by afterhourz and would be easliy refundable- i dont work for the guys but i know quite a bit of what went down- for you to tell me i dont know what im talking about and to furthmore make the comment about my arrogance coming from the fact that i live in NY, just shows what a hypocritical **** you are, later "friend"
