Well I been babying it but there is a knock that I am not sure about and I am getting a code 67. Not sure what it means but it says Catalyst system efficiency below threshold. But the knock is a problem.

 

Ok well I still have this knock after the rebuild and I am not sure where its coming from but I think its in the bottom end. So I drain the oil and pull the pan, pickup tube and tray. Everything inside looks good but there was some shavings in the oil and it was pretty dark for only 50 miles also in the oil pan there was what looks like dirt, chuncks, if you rub it between your fingers it breaks apart. I don't really want to pull the bearing caps again to look at the bearings but I guess that is my only option. Any suggestions would help.
