afc AND uberdata???
Over the weekend I installed and uberdata and got everthing running. I used to run the afc hack. My question is can I leave the afc in the car with all the fuel values at 0% and have vtec engauge properly. Since I have the v-afc I was thinking of setting the vtec points the same on both uberdata and the afc. Will this cause any problems???
Ive seen alot of people use the AFC's for metering devices while running other managment.I forget what show but they look good and the bitches love it.
i would use one or the other because you would be adjusting values on the VAFC that would be adjusted again by Uberdata....that might cause some problems, but if you're ONLY using the VAFC to monitor the engine and do a few MINOR things, i dont think you would have a problem......having said that, im not a tuner and don't know a whole lot about tuning
just use uberdata to control the vtec engagement. if you really want to keep the afc for show or monitoring thats cool but just let the ems do its job without getting input from other devices.
