afc (not hacked) affect timing? map sensor?
I looked through the archives and whatnot in search of some more info but it is all in reference to the hack actually.
With the afc wired normally it should not affect timing anymore correct? Or does the afc always manipulate the map signal not matter what?
I am curious and looking for other options to the hack, I intent to continue using the afc for the fuel work only.
Also does any modification of the map signal cause this advance or is this from a certain method only... any info or media is appreciated?
I would love to do a standalone right off but as most I am limited by budget for now.
