Do a search in the f-i forum for 'dsm'. There is a ton of links on using DSM 450cc injectors in a honda. But its 89+ eclipse/talon turbo 450cc..they are all the same.

What kind of boost could this hack support with 440cc injectors on a built motor? Right now we are running the greedy blue box but have a V-AFC sitting in a box and im guessing 440cc injectors wouldnt be too hard to come by.

Id like to just go with a Hondata but that is $$$ we dont have right now. If i can use this V-AFC i got sitting around then that would be great!

 

Because of stock ECU limitations on MAP values....and with the afc set at -35% i can boost 10psi..if i run 11psi i get a CEL.

So its good for 10psi more or less....better then a FMU

My friend is running it on his built b20/vtec...it works very nicely..although because the b20 is thirsty his afc is at -20 -25% so hes limited to 5-6psi (its still crazy fast though) We are going to riase the fuel pressure and see if we can turn on the the afc so we can get more boost outa it.

Both cars have DSM 450cc injectors.

the injectors you need are from first gen DSM turbo AWD 5speed...commonly refered to as blue tops(on injectors)
the resistor boxcan be sourced from a number of different models
85-87CRX SI and Civic SI
88-91 CRX SI
89-91 Civic SI
90-91 Civic 4dr EX<---only the EX
86-89 Accord LXI<---only the LXI were fuel injected
90-97 Accord-any trim level
85-87Prelude SI
88-91 Prelude<---any except carbed S model
92-95 Prelude-any
all of these used resistor boxes of some configuration and are all the same resistance

just curious as to what everyone else is using for injector seals
