Aem fuel rail Different part number B18 and B16 why?

Aem fuel rail Different part number B18 and B16 why?
im looking at getting an aem fuel rail and im not sure but why do they have different part numbers for b18 and b16 are they not supposed to be all the same? thanks

For anyone else curious, i put a B16 aem fuel rail on the B18 and it worked. i was told if they both have VTEC it will fit but if not then it will not fit which is probably why there are 2 different part numbers...
