simple question, does an aem fuel pressure regulator fit on a stock gsr fuel rail? any pics would be great

If you have the right part number. You don't need an AEM fuel rail, if that's what you're asking.

The part number for your particular application. AEM makes fuel regulators for different fuel rails, as well as a universal type that you need to run a braided fuel line to. I'm pretty sure the part number you need is 25-300, which is the same one I have on my B16A fuel rail. No modification is necessary. It bolts up just like stock.
