I have a 00 Civic SI turbo with the AEM EMS and AEM UEGO and I unhooked the stock primary O2 sensor and all I have for sensors is the one AEM UEGO sensor with O2 feedback on... I don't have to have my primary stock O2 sensor hook up anymore correct?

You dont need an o2 sensor at all with the AEM EMS.. If you have a narrow or wideband then you can use o2 feedback, if you didnt have one at all then you couldnt use o2 feedback..

If you have the Uego sensor, use the closed loop o2 feedback, it is a great tool, and you can use the internal datalogging to datalog with o2 feedback, and without o2 feedback, overlay them, and see how much % change the computer made to get to your target vaule, and then change those areas in your map by that much inorder to get your air/fuel perfect.
