Default advice wanted

I have a type r motor and I am thinking of turbocharging...
problem is I dont have much disposable income, so I would have to build my kit mainly out of parts that would be donated to me from friends...

I was thinking 1st gen eclipse turbo (td04) (free)
starion fmic ($100)
12:1 fpr (I already have it from my last last turbo kit)
home depot stylez charge pipe kit ($??)
hks cast mani ($300)
muffler shop dp ($150???)

I know the turbo is too small, but I would be running a max of 7 psi with the 10.6:1 compression (stock motor)

do you guys think it is worth doing for ~$650?
or should I leave my motor be for now for reliability sake?

how much power do you guys figure it would make?

nobody has any opinions?

btw the car ran 14.3 @ 97 na..

I would hate to mess up the reliablitly and pick up 1 tenth or two witht that lil turbo.. that would suck

Why put a bunk *** turbo kit like that on a perfectly fine C5?? If your gonna go turbo, go with something a smidge nicer than that setup---or well ok, dig into those pockets and just get the DRAG kit.

If you have the funds to have it dyno tuned, then go for it.
