on an integra ls motor. with roughly 35k on it, what would be the internal parts that would need to be replaced before running like 15+psi.

Im assuming some pistons and rods, will i need to put new valves, valve springs, retainers, ...anything else.

Please list..thanks

probably at least pistons and rods, sleeves. You can leave the head alone if you want

what kind of pistons and rods. I am thinking that right away, i will be running low to moderate psi, then upgrading the motor more, and turning up the boost more and more, until i blow it up. lol

Get some Eagle rods and some Wiseco pistons for the cheaper route or some Crower or Manley rods and some CP pistons for the upper end. At 15 psi you dont really need sleeves.
