Yeah I have a trailer and truck reserved for a date hopefully everything goes as plan

smart..mostly because of the new engine

if you had an NA engine and could run the NA tune driving with the pipe off is dandy.

in your case the last thing you want is a rich condition where you experience ringwash on the way to the tuner

smartest thing!!!

baby the setup for a few miles and risk to never seat the rings

proper break in requires hammering it on a good tune,
so hammer it untuned and risk to blow it up or wash the walls because to rich.

i'd tow the car with a tow rope to another car for days before i'd ever consider running it untuned...
