Netsearch for Saab APC, tweak your APC, and townsend. There is a plethora of information out there on how to modify these things to act as a standalone boost controller for any vehicle. I'd provide links, but I never bookmarked the sites and netsearch anytime I need them - so can you.

<--- Who's also got an APC sitting in his room and should really attempt to hook it up.

What did you pay for everything.
((1) Knock sensor
(2) APC control unit
(3) Pressure transducer
(4) Solenoid)

Spending 2 hours in a junk yard ~ Free
Scalping for intercoolers ~ Free
Pulling a 14b from a 1g DSM ~$75
Snatching a complete APC setup while the junk yard rednecks aren't looking ~ Priceless

The APC is normally under the hood on the drivers side or under one of the seats(pray it isn't under a seat). Just some helpful hints, the knock sensor will be a pain in the *** the remove intact. It's reccomended that you keep it in tact, but that if you've got 2~3 hours to remove it all....

I cut the KS wire and re-soldered it back together afterwards.
