Netsearch for Saab APC, tweak your APC, and townsend. There is a plethora of information out there on how to modify these things to act as a standalone boost controller for any vehicle. I'd provide links, but I never bookmarked the sites and netsearch anytime I need them - so can you.

The APC is normally under the hood on the drivers side or under one of the seats(pray it isn't under a seat). Just some helpful hints, the knock sensor will be a pain in the *** the remove intact. It's reccomended that you keep it in tact, but that if you've got 2~3 hours to remove it all....
I cut the KS wire and re-soldered it back together afterwards.
