ACVR wiring help.

I have an old school AVCR. I need to wire it to my ecu (p28). I know which pin is the injector signal; but constant power, ignition power, and ground have me stumped.

Help please??

C1 constant power wht/blu
B1 switched ignition yel/blk
A23/A24 ground blk
