action clutch users......please check it out.
hey guys , i installed my action 2md about a month before i left to the persion gulf. the car sat for 7 months undriven. i got back and got the car running again , and it ran fine for about 4 days. on the way to jack in the box one day the car was driving normal, then on the way back the pedal felt like it was getting less and less , when i was almost home it felt like there was no pedal engagement whats so ever. when i get on the car it does not slip , boosting in first second or third 15 lbs the clutch does not slip , but from a stop i can bearly get the car moving , it boggs and boggs and i cant even feel the clutch engagement. also on the freeway i will be cruising, and ill smell clutch from my car , i wont be shifting or anything , just chilling. what would cause this? ive never herd of a clutch going bad so fast or in this mannor. please shed some light!!!!

Just double check to make sure that the master is not leaking through the seals. Do this by looking on the firewall in the engine bay for brake fluid. Also look under the dash by the clutch pedal (in the car) see if there is any there. Make sure that the lock nut on the clutch pedal clevis did not loosen up at all, causng the master rod to thread into that clevis more, which can make engagement difficult.
