Default ACT Flywheel: StreetLite OR ProLite

I have a turbo 99 Civic Si and wanna know what kind of flywheel I should get. I'm thinking of getting either the StreetLite OR ProLite ACT flywheel for my Xtreme plate and 6-puck disc. Let me know what yallz think.

for daily driving and even racing, from the research I've done I'd get something in the area of 12 pounds (streetlite).

not to jack the thread but...

i was talking to a guy about flywheels and boost. he said that too light of a flywheel isn't too good because the heavier flywheel will create more load on the motor and therefore create more exhaust gas. i understood the concept of load, etc. but i just want to know how true this is. we were talking about street cars obviously.
