Accel DFI
Hmm... I don't know about the Civic, but my Preludes gauge cluster is totaly independent of the ECU. The tach works off of the ignition signal. I know that might not help much because it's a different car.
What I really wanted to say was, no, the GM/Delco coolant temp and air temp sensors give different readings than stock Honda sensors. If you want your temp gauge to work you'll have to retain the stock coolant sensor and run the GM sensor for the DFI unit to get readings off of as well. Unless you can somehow compensate for the different readings the stock sensor gives in the DFI software. I don't know that much about Accel DFI tuning.

I am not sure, RPM installed the uint and they definitely know what they are doing, who did U speak to? Speak to Suppie. He installed the Unit by splicing the DFI into the Stock Harness. The install looks stock
i am unsure of the speedpro too.
but i can attest to liltrix's car. he has the dfi set-up with no stock ecu which ive seen in person.
when calling rpm ask for suppie or tom.
