What did you guys do about the black plastic part on the nose where it looks like the inside of the mouth? did you just cut it out???

 

Depends how big your IC is. I had to cut it because my core is 3".

i did ... i didn't mount my intercooler far back enough so the grill hit the IC... had to cut it out.

i've seen it mounted with the grill though but i don't know about bending the ac lines that much.

edit: oh yeah, this is with the drag spearco IC. i'm sure with bigger IC's you'll have to cut it out.

That black **** is ALL cut out on mine.... please goto the link in the sig to see what she looks like, the place that did it, did a NICE and clean job of removing/mounting the IC, I know cause I took my bumper off the other day to shine that bitch.... install job was

I kept my grill. But I had to cut off a few peices here and there to make the intercooler fit behind the stock grill.
