96 hatch with a resistor box wtf?
ok heres my problem i have a 96 civic hatchback dx with a b18c1 im putting dsm 450cc injectors.. and my car has a resistor box in the upper right side of the hood and it is hooked up and working my question is what injectors are in the car and how do i check to see if they are honda oem injectors.. heres a pic of what im talking about
BTW i just checked and the injectors are made by a company called keihin and i know nothing about them and cant really find any info on the company
I would assume they cant be that big or your stock ecu would not be able to run them properly, thats just my thoughts though.
You could always get them flow tested..

well i do have a set of dsm 450 injectors that i need to install so is it safe to assume that the resistor box is functional by the way its set up so is it safe to just install them?
is that your car in the the pic?
and if so,how is that you don't even know your own car?
you're running boost, but you have no clue about your current fuel management

i have a vortech fmu on the car right now im trying to put in the dsm injectors for tuning but just need to know if the resistor box works so ill just do a continuity test and then install them i dont care which injectors are in there now i just wanted to know.. they were already in the motor when i bought it..
I'd have to guess that when the motor was swapped, the OBD was also swapped to OBD1. That's the only reason I can think of why a resistor box is in there. What ecu is the car running? That will tell you if the resistor box is actually working.

of the maybe 5 sets of random accord and lude injectors I got sitting around all of them are keihin...
