Default 91' CRX need some advice

I'm going to keep this real simple. I'm going to be swapping my stock motor out for a B-16. I'm going with this motor because I don't have thousands of dollars to do what I'd really like to do (LOL I mine as well go buy a GSX-R 750!). Anyways I'm looking at spending in the $3k-3,500 range Including the engine swap (turn key). No way I'll be able to afford a Turbo at that price. My next option is a Good NOS system. I'd love to run in the 13 range but don't know if I'd even have a chance. What's the biggest/safest shot of NOS I can use? This is my daily driver! Is there anything I should upgrade in the process? I know there are also some piston kits out there. Would it be smarter to bore out my engine, sleeve it and go from there? The kit I'm talking about (would have to find it again) puts out about 300hp I believe (I may be crazy on this one, it's been awhile). Your taking the 1.6 to a 2.1 L, and you use the GSR cams and something else I think. Anyways What are my options, what will make it the quickest/safest? Thanks in advance for your replys!

nitrous may do the trick but if you goto the trouble of building the block for nitrous you may have a nice little turbo block for later on. pistons yes, sleves are not necesary but maybe good insurance if you have the money. a good kit for nitrous is the ZEX kit, nice control, and i know lots of people that at one time ran the kit and seemed to like it. i dont want to turn this into a nitrous debate so i'll stop right here since i tend to tell people to lean towards FI.

I'm just trying to put together a quick street car daily driver. So many people want to run me because I'm in a CRX. I don't have to win, just give them a run for their money lol. 13's is quick, especially on the street. What size shot would I need to use? I would love a turbo, no doubt! I don't have 5k to make the entire thing work. I have $4,500 total and I need to paint the car, instal the mugen body kit/tail, engine swap, and nos or turbo. As you can see the money isn't there for the turbo. Nos will have to do. Did I mention I'll need about $500 for a decent system and the window's need tint!
