Default 91 crx

wat would be the best engine turbo set up i can put in my 91 crx? i bought it with a blown bottom end just so i could do this. i was planning on goin with a type r motor/tranny, but i heard that they dont hold up well under a lot of boost.. is that true? i got one friend sayin LS integra, and one guy wants me to see if we can get a S2000 set up in there... so wat do u guys think?

an s2000 setup is going to cost A LOT of money and a lot of time and fabrication. I wouldnt do it.

an ls would be cheaper, and perform almost as well as any other engine with boost. some people say its even better.

I would probably go that route if I were you.

thats sorta kinda wat i was thinking.. how expensive is expensive tho with the s2k? cause the guy at the shop that i was talkin to about it said he knows where he can get everything that we'd need from a donor s2k for 5 thousand, is that a good price? and the shop that it would be getting done at i am a partial owner of, so i get labor done extreamly cheap at least for the area... and im kinda looking also to get him more business by doin somethin that is a lil more rare or even not done.. how many s2k powered crx's are out there?

itd probably much be a whole new car.
I dont think anybody has ever done it, Ive never seen it anyway, so its gonna be quite the feat.
But if you wanna try it, i say go for it. That'd be one awesome thing to see.
