Default 89 civc si with 450cc dsm injectors..need help

Ok i have some 450 injectors my buddy took out of his 98 eclise, do i just plug and play with my old one or i have to modify with resistor like a few form here say? the injectory clips right on my stocky one so i wanna know what i need to do thanks guys.........

^ is right, just open up the seals in the intake manifold a hair... or lube them up really good and push .

Also... don't forget you'll need at minimum a VAFC to control them... BUT I HIGHLY suggest you get a chipped ecu or something similar to control them. If you just plug them into a stock car it will not run/barely run/run like ****

why do you have a safc if you have turboedit? turboedit is all you neeed

Unless he doesn't have a burner, or isn't getting tuned.... otherwise I agree. I'd personally ditch the safc and get the car tuned on Turboedit... since i'm guessing you have a basemap.

just bought the ecu chip on turboedit....with basemap on the set-up i have..from xenocron.com that all so i think will need the safc...

The chipped ecu has the ability to control fuel and ignition... to a degree far beyond the safc... you just need tuning tools or a tuner to do it for you. Since it requires another chip to be burnt for the ecu, and not just button pushing.

http://www.pgmfi.org and look at turboedit or read through some of Xenocrons write ups.
