Default 81.5 GSR block safe??

I was wondering how safe it would be to bore a GSR Block out to 81.5. my goals are just around 400- 450 MAX..
Superdave is my tuner of choice so its a good tuner.
E85 is the fuel
SC61 is the turbo of choice.
Just a weekend car. Not beating on it all the time. just want Low 11's or high 10's on slicks.

I dont feel like finding the dyno graph at the moment, but i know SLS built a simple 9:1 piston/rod combo on the white hatch, made 452whp and then ran in the mid 10s with it....all on stock sleeves
