i just bought a garrett turbo. small one looks like a t3. its oil and water cooled with internal gate. also, the compressor housing which is stamped m24, is also stamped with .80 a/r. im gonna mic the blade sizes to find out more info, but anyone know where this turbo coulda came from?

I believe its a Nissan turbo for the SR20's

 

that would explain why i cant find the part numbers. any idea on size or trim?

 

its a T25 turbo if I remember correctly. Pretty small turbo.

 

yeah, its the turbo from the sr20det.

i wonder if it will fall off with the boost on a sohc vtec by 7000 rpms. i hear they loose a few psi on the sr20 motors from like 5000rpms to redline
