I did some cutting and grinding...poor pics, but you get the idea. Tell me whatcha all think:
Not quite done yet, I still need the other 4 injectors, and I need to drill and tap barb-fittings into the fuel rail; then run fuel hose to each of the 4 staged injectors. Oh ya, also need to clean up around the injector plugs...I had to stop because its about 15 deg. in my garage

Considering my car is out in the snowbank, and the engine is in the garage, I highly doubt anything could happen...the valves will most likely keep everything in the manifold anyway.

why'd you decide to do that instead of just going with 4 large injectors
1. $
2. idle control
3. gas mileage(hardly a concern when 500whp is a goal)
Im going to program the primary injectors to run until they hit 70% duty cycle, and when that happens, the secondary injectors will turn on...viola! 900cc equivalent injectors, but better control and 1/5th the cost. If for some reason I STILL done have enough fuel, the EMS has 10 injector drivers, and I could theoretically hook up two more injectors somewhere else
highly doubtful.

8 450cc has better spray pattern then say 4 1000cc.
Umm your going to get crap for air flow in that manifold now. You should have put those extra injectors on the bottom pointing up to keep them out of the maority of the air flow, but otherwise very good work.

you can weld aluminum with an arc welder, you just need a decent one with DC capability
As for management, yes, the AEM EMS unit.
why'd you decide to do that instead of just going with 4 large injectors
2 reasons:
1. $
2. idle control
3. gas mileage(hardly a concern when 500whp is a goal)

plus if you have the aem, i know people in the supra community who have huge injectors (well over 1000cc) and have it idling like factory and still have very good gas milage while cruising around...all in the tuning
but good luck with your setup

to me its just seems easier to get 4 large injectors...by the same you fabricate a bracket, drill into the intake..put all the injectors in..then have to tune...seems like more work then its worth...large injectors only cost like around 400 or less sometime with GB's

I have maybe an hour into everything. The reason I used 8 DSMs is because they are like $100 for 9 of them. Thanx for the good praise everyone.
