timing was synch'd on the old distributor. Also watched timing with the light on the old dist. during several pulls to make sure it was staying to what I was commanding in the software.

Damn...Too bad I didn't see this post several weeks ago when you were having the issues. Glad you solved it.

I had a similar issue and stumped a really good tuner here in the SE, Ed Senf. We would adjust cam angle, timing, boost, and not even get a change in the dyno. The car hit a brick wall at 10 psi. I finally ripped out my MSD 6A and poof, problem solved.
