What are your goals, what are you trying to do with the car? Do you want torque, midrange? C'mon man... details.

Car is a daily driver.
Looking for 10psi, how much ever hp i can get out of it 'safe'
Looking for some hiway fun.
maybe spool at 3500-4200rpm
Would this turbo cut the deal?

What is this turbo capable of?

power goals? for a stock engine, it could do it, but it will act a little more like a light switch

what do you mean like a light switch? a bit laggy?
power goals will be 250whp mimimum - 300hp safe and reliable

Light switch: Going from no power to lots of power very quickly. Not a real linear pull.

here was my 60 trim on a b16a

i personally thought it was a great turbo for the b16 and although spool wasn't great it was perfect for a daily driver
i was out of boost most of the time so i got 35mpg
i never fell out of boost in between shifts so at the track it was great also

no i believe the charge pipe blew off at the end of that run

this was with a cast manifold, im sure a ramhorn would do much better

was this on a stock motor?
and if it was, how long did it last.

ever regret the turbo? would you opted for a quicker spooling turbo?

it was on a built bottom end, but a stock b16 could do that no problem (was 81.5mm bore)

ive had small turbo's and ive had big turbo's and i prefer a bigger turbo as i stay out of boost in town but it still ripped all the way to redline

I had a setup just like earl 81.5 semi built b16a, 60-1, had 15psi around 5000rpm making 370whp with a ramhorn...Ive had small and big turbo's I love the big turbo feeling alot more, and its alot more fun to drive...
