550cc cpr injectors maxing out at 9psi???
I got some "550cc" saturated cpr injectors from Viren a while ago and i just got around to turning up the boost. They are running like 90% duty cycle at 9psi at stock fuel pressure. I even got a new fuel filter incase it was clogged or something but it didn't help. Im not even runing like pig rich either only like 11.7-12.0 a/f. Is there any way these can be 550's? On cpr's website the biggest saturated disc injectors show 42lbs that 440cc. These see a lot more like 440's WTF...is Viren still around?

I had rc do a test on my 550s because they were running way to low. They tested them at 29psi which is my fuel pressure at idle, and they were running 425cc. turn up the fuel pressure and you will get more out of them

Viren told me that they're tested at a higher pressure so ill have to raise the pressure to get the full 550cc out of them. You think raising the pressure to say 50psi will really help that much? I still dont believe they're 550s.

I talked with CPR when this problem started a while back and they told me they indeed made 550cc injectors. Someone lied. I ran the injectors that I bought from Viren and I was actually quite pleased with them. I ran 14lbs of boost with my car and they were not even close to maxing out. I got a feeling some people didn't get what they paid for.
