car: Stock engine, 2003 S2000.
Fuel of use: E85
Power desired: 500whp
Money is not so much the issue here, my issue I am having is making it the most simplistic fuel setup possible and trying to KEEP oem fuel lines.
I want to be able to run E85 and make 500hp safely. I will be running ID2000's.
I have been told different routes, but I want to TRY and retain the factory oem fuel lines if ANY way possible.
My choice seems to be to run an Intank Walbro with an Inline Bosch 044 Fuel pump all on stock fuel lines. My issue is with having that high pressure pump, and an adjustable FPR, what fuel PSI is too much for the stock lines/stock return to handle? MUST I have to upgrade fuel lines?
Would running a base oem pressure of 43psi (fuel) with a walbro and inline Bosch044 with ID2000s be sufficient for 500whp on E85 w/ stock lines? I am hoping it is
Or will I need to bump up the stock fuel pressure to something higher due to needing so much more E85 compared to standard fuels..?
With a fullblown hanger and 2 walbros, that requires upgraded fuel lines
If I have to bite it and upgrade the lines, then I guess I will. But we all know I dont wanna.
Let me know, thanks everyone!

First you dont need ID2000s to make 500hp on E85, but it sounds like you already have them. Im making 505hp on E85, ID1000s with dual walbros. You can also keep the stock fuel lines. You dont NEED upgraded fuel lines for the Full blown hanger, you just need an NPT to barb fitting so you can connect to the stock hard lines. I bought some for mine that I did not use bc I decided to go with upgraded lines anyways (if you want to buy them).
The fuel line size is not a restriction at that power level. The stock fuel lines can hold alot more pressure than any pump can generate, but you also dont need high pressure with those injectors to make the power you want.
I think that answers all your questions.

Was going nitrous route but no more. Does having a 255 walbro and high fuel pressure kill my D16y7 m
