50 mm internals in 60 mm turbo?
I'm looking for insight on a turbo that has 50 mm internals inside a 60 mm turbo. Locally a guy is selling a Garrett turbo and he explained that is what the turbo is, and I have never heard of this before.
Is it real or bs? Pros cons? A little help would be great.
