400whp b16 question
I'm building a 400+whp b16 and I need some options on parts. My tuner is telling me to use a Skunk2 intake manifold, but the company I'm ordering the parts from is saying to go with an Edlebrock. Also what should be done as far as a catch can? Should I go with the 6 line T1 style? It will be a street car that will prolly never see the track. As for the fuel I'll be running 1000cc injectors. So I need to run a aeromotive FPR with all -6 lines or would the Aem rail mount be fine?

I'd suggest a victor X manifold, you're gonna need a catch can either way, even its a street car. You don't need a fpr, you could use the stock rail and stock fpr up to about 550hp.

The reason why there is a debate between your intake manifolds is because you haven't expressed to them what is more important to you; midrange torque or top end power. This is also going be determined by the turbocharger that you plan to use. If you plan to use something that is over 65lbs/min or larger (SC6X, GT35X, or Borg-Warner S366 and similar), they would appear to believe that you are concentrating on making more top end power range (400whp on Pump gas or greater), in which case the Edlebrock Victor X. If using something a bit smaller, the Skunk 2 would be the optimal choice. So you need to be more descriptive on what you're looking for to gain more feedback.
Run an Aeromotive FPR with another fuel rail outside of AEM. The AEM really isn't the best for running other equipment other than their own. But if you're looking at 400whp, 1000cc injectors and a new rail aren't needed, unless you're looking at 400whp on E85 or some other fuel.

So far I got an T3T04E 57 trim with the Afi kit I have one the way.... But I've been talking to you though pms about different turbos.... I'm going to be using an GE fuel rail.... But since this is going to be my g/fs car it would prolly be smarter to get a bigger turbo so it mas alittle more lag. What do you think about the Garrett T3 60-1?

Re: 400whp b16 question
I was making 340 whp on the same AFI kit with the skunk 2 manifold at a conservative 10 lbs. My buddy made 439 on a d16 on the same AFI kit. The turbo is capable of it and if your gonna just run this on the street the T3T4 is nice for that.
I just put on a Precision 6262 Im making 530 on q16 On that same skunk manifold now but I wouldn't go with a bigger turbo on the street There is a pretty noticeable lag now.
