Default 4 Bolt Flange?

Alright, here is the story, I found a Turbo that I fell in love with because of the quick spool, however, I later on noticed it is a 4 Bolt Flange. I currently have a 2.5 Inch Exhaust, and all the 4 Bolt Downpipes I can find are 3 Inch Downpipe's, which will not match up with my 2.5 Inch Exhaust. Anyone know of any 2.5 Inch 4 Bolt Downpipes, or does this Turbo require a 3 Inch 4 Bolt Downpipe?

Also, are there different sizes of 4 Bolt Flanges?

Specs of Turbo

T3T4 turbo charger .63ar twin entry turbine housing

Intake: 3 inch
Inlet: 2 inch
Compressor trim: .50
Compressor Wheel diameter: 50.16 / 76.84
Turbine Wheel diameter: 54.06 / 65.20
Exhaust Trim: .63ar
Turbine flange type : T3 flange
Down pipe flange type: 4 bolt
Twin scroll turbine housing (quicker response then single exhaust outlet )
Cooling type: oil cool only
Horsepower rating: 375+

I have a 4 bolt 2 1/2" flange sitting in front of me right now. It's an extra flange that i'm willing to sell if you're interested. These flanges are hard to find and so I got 3 back in the day. The bolt holes are from center to center (side by side)2 1/2" and 3 1/2" from center to center bolt hole across.

Would it fit this?

One of the things I'm stuck on is whether or not the Turbo's outlet is 2.5 or 3 Inch. Don't want to get a 2.5 Flange if its a 3 Inch Flange.

There are primary styles of the 4-bolt downpipe flange. One is a 2.5", and the other is a 3" GT style from Garrett. 2.5" is the most common because it fits into tight spaces better. Most downpipes are 3" even if they use the 2.5" flange. If that turbo has a standard 4 bolt then yes, it will fit.

what turbo manifold are you using? your downpipe needs to match the manifold for proper fitment. if you are going custom and just looking for a flange then thats easy.

as far as the turbo outlet, grab a tape measure/calipers and figure out the outlet size. should be the first step before you buy any flanges/dp

ok two things...

1. those two pieces may not be compatible. you really need to buy a mani/dp combo that was made to work together or by the same company. there is no guarantee that that downpie will work with that manifold

2. both pieces are poor quality and i would not reccomend using them. thats all im really gonna say since ebay products have been covered many times and there are people on both sides of that arguement.

EDIT:
3. that setup would not be a/c and/or p/s compatible so keep that in mind

so you fell in love with this turbo based on what you read in the description? 350 bucks is gonna get you a really expensive paper weight. the "divided housing" is only going to be more responsive with a properly designed manifold designed and built for a divided housing. also there is no "civic" downpipe, the car never came factory turbocharged so there is no "standard" fitment, a manifold and downpipe must be purchased together and it is your job to make sure both are made for the turbocharger you pick.

i think you fell in love with this turbo because of the price, and the bullshit the site gave you.

Personally, if I were you, I would buy the manifold and turbo you want and then have a local shop fabricate a downpipe for you so you know that it fits perfectly.

that would work but IMO its more work/money. how do you get the car to said fab shop? how much will they charge to do a custom job especially of they dont work on honda/turbos often.

the turbo has little to do with dp fitment other than flange type and ac/non ac configuration. the manifold controls positioning of the trubo so the dp must macth that positioning. much easier to grab something like a spoolin/peakboost/afi mani/dp combo that is probably 99.9% guaranteed to fit coming from a company that mass produces them for our specific application
