Does anyone know if the 3" piping kit for an integra goes over or under axle?

And is this kit pretty much perfect fit?

The kit is a good kit and it goes over the axle. The guy was a dick to me though because I had ordered piping from him for 28 bucks, it was a 3 inch U-bend, and he claims he never got my order, but paypal shows he got my money....

my 3" is for a 97 civic

but yes, it goes over. and the fitment is perfect.
