Default 35mm tial on blox

i saw one guy that said his tial wastegate was hitting his head on his b16 or b18c motor. i dont know if he had the 38mm or not. someone said it might have been a random casting or machine problem. i have a 35mm tial, anyone know if there is a known clearance issue with the 35mm tial on the blox against the head? im gonna try and check tonight...i just dont have time for the next few days to take off my temporary header to test fit.

ya its a known problem that they made it very close to the head, and for some people it will hit the head. For others it his the top of the hood. Kind of a poor thought out for the wastegate, but good manifold over all

i can get one, i just know when we tried it out there was no way it would fit. Is it suppose to fit no matter what side the compressor is on?

no. you need to specify that when ordering. its upposed to fit with compressor on driverside.

youll see that this goes for pretty much 100% of the manifolds out there.
