how much whp/boost can 310's on a d16z6 handle?

My friend had 310's on his B16 with about 210-220 WHP. 7PSI with the Greddykit. I'm debating buying them for my own D16Z6, hes upping the boost soon and buying 400cc+.

i know theya re good for 10psi so WHP will depend on your setup at 10psi
